As part of our service to the Farm Bureau® insurance company family, AmericanAg® facilitates the Intercompany Cat Adjuster (ICA) program.
The program has three components:
ICA Assistance Program
Mutual assistance program in which property claims personnel from one Farm Bureau® insurance company provide support to another Farm Bureau® company (virtually or in person) following a catastrophe.
ICA Designation
Program designed to recognize Farm Bureau® insurance company property claims adjusters who possess a superior level of experience and skill. ICA designees enjoy a number of benefits, including higher per-day bonus compensation when serving as part of the ICA Assistance Program.
ICA Review Board
Rotating group of senior claims managers representing several Farm Bureau® insurance companies, who administer the ICA Designation process.
