AmericanAgTM, a global provider of reinsurance services, announced that Katie Shook has been promoted to Vice President, Reinsurance Account Executive.

In this role, she will serve as the lead Account Executive for a select group of Farm Bureau® insurance company clients, collaborating with business partners and other AmericanAgTM team members to develop and deliver customized reinsurance solutions.

Katie first joined AmericanAgTM in 2012 as a Catastrophe Modeling Analyst and was promoted to Catastrophe Modeling Manager in 2018. In January 2023, she transitioned to the Farm Bureau® Client Relations team in the role of Assistant Vice President, Reinsurance Account Executive.

Katie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Atmospheric Science from Cornell University and a Master of Science degree in Natural Resources from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. She also holds the Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) designation.
