Conference Location
Hotel Drover will serve as both the conference venue and accommodation site. This luxury hotel is situated right in the heart of the historic Fort Worth Stockyards. Rooms are available with a nightly rate of $399.00 plus applicable taxes and fees.

Meals
Breakfast will be served buffet style Monday to Wednesday, with a group lunch on Monday only. Group dinners will be on Monday and Tuesday nights.
Costs
Excluding hotel costs that will be paid by the attendee per the hotel’s payment requirements, costs for the conference will initially be paid by Texas Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company and billed back accordingly to each individual attendee.
Costs billed back to attendees will include costs for activities, food and beverages, and other associated conference costs.
We have opened our conference to vendors and will use any funds from paid sponsorships to offset a portion of the final costs of the conference, lowering the cost for each attendee.
